HELP SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS OBTAIN MICROLOANS

WHO DO WE HELP
Seems like an easy question but it is a difficult answer.

We will analyze all loan and financing requests that process through our office. If a loan gets turned down by our lenders, or we are able to tell of denial beforehand, we will review package for our own internal funding.

Some of the areas we really want to help in are the single parent business owner, veterans, disabled, actually any situation that is a good deal in our parameters and that a normal lender says "no". We want to be able to say "yes" to these. We are striving to be able to even create grants, not just loans.

The types of businesses and industries will also be varied. These will include start-ups, debt refinance, working capital, marketing efforts and so on.

For instance right now we are trying to create a grant for a single mother of three. She was a successful business owner prior to this new start-up but due to a difficult divorce which caused her credit to plummet she is stuck. We would love to be able to provide her with $3.000 for a years worth of marketing expenses.

What this will also allow us to do is to be involved in the small business decisions and help the owner avoid costly mistakes. With our additional business services that we provide can eliminate a lot of costs and wasted time.
